No job security - no project you are fired ( they don't absorb you in other projects) which can lead to spoiling your entire career if you join the company and you are not lucky enough about projects, no proper pay based on designation given, no initial or skill development trainings, no proper communications by HRs and management, not many people within the company are supportive. The salary hike is very good.

It does not have many clients just one major is Goldman Sachs and they call to office all 5 days and there's a discrimination between contingents and employers on the client side.

They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company
