No job security - no project you are fired ( they don't absorb you in other projects) which can lead to spoiling your entire career if you join the company and you are not lucky enough about projects, no proper pay based on designation given, no initial or skill development trainings, no proper communications by HRs and management, not many people within the company are supportive. Interal politics among different locations management.

They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company

...ity. Technical Employee will throw from the company after one year or two years. you have to do your task and your manager/ Lead work otherwise they will not give promotions/ salary hike.

No proper onboarding, No proper Training, No Job security, No employee retention program (if no project for one domain then they don't move you to other domain), No Learnings, no future vision by higher management folks, No domain knowledge, No proper communication channel

Here culture is very bad except salary you will not get anything, just just need slqve who can work sat sun and upto 11 pm, if you want to spoil your career then you can join, i had joined infostretch and letter it got merged into apexon and apexon is one of the worst company. Lots of politics in higher managemeng and manager too.

No work life bakance, no salary hike, bad infrastructure, bad management , client is very worst and humliate people all time, except salary you will not get anything.
