They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company

No future goals Less/Limited Projects Still traditional projects. Old mindset managers. Selectively/ Favourably focused promotions. Mostly makes money on staffing business More tech talks, Less Implementations Very short term projects

Salary offered during joining but I was not aware they will be firing after completion of Project. They should hire consultant for such requirements. They should not play with resource carrier. Work company and culture. Fired threatening harassing resource for resignation after their work done.

Dislikes

...thing you need to resign today if nit we terminate and you will not get any job. Even they are not ethical to give salary for next 2 months. No support after firing. Worst unethical company I ever seen. If resource is not upto mark after 2 years then their training and placement hr hiring team is responsible. They don't know whom they should hire and this should not impact person whom they hired.

... your skill set. It has good projects which will help you in your career growth. Salary wise as well it offers good package. It has gender neutral community which is for female employees and help females to work in safe environment. Over all in growth for your career its a good company.

Good consultancy with a very good profile of clients. Punctual in pay and no in between shuffles. Good security even in case of client termination. Approachable spocs n HR. Absolutely no complaints.

Dislikes

A bit stringent abt negotiations, nevertheless fair recruitments and deputations.
