Salary offered during joining but I was not aware they will be firing after completion of Project. They should hire consultant for such requirements. They should not play with resource carrier. Work company and culture. Fired threatening harassing resource for resignation after their work done.

...thing you need to resign today if nit we terminate and you will not get any job. Even they are not ethical to give salary for next 2 months. No support after firing. Worst unethical company I ever seen. If resource is not upto mark after 2 years then their training and placement hr hiring team is responsible. They don't know whom they should hire and this should not impact person whom they hired.

No job security - no project you are fired ( they don't absorb you in other projects) which can lead to spoiling your entire career if you join the company and you are not lucky enough about projects, no proper pay based on designation given, no initial or skill development trainings, no proper communications by HRs and management, not many people within the company are supportive. Interal politics among different locations management.
