Though it depends on the team you working on for work life balance but majority of the team goes on time and not much of a issue with volume of work.

Dislikes

No proper hike no proper bonus. Hardly you will get 4 to 5 % hike yearly that too if you get a promotion or progression. If you ask any questions about this you won't get anything. Management is not proper they have no idea about how to manage. Keep changing their plans there not even a one plan which stayed for 6months so far.

Lot of opportunity to learn and grow as majority work is manual.

... proper planning for future 3. Resource crunch 4. Poor/no work life balance. 5. Very bad increament and bonus 6. No job security

Worst third graded Company, sudden layoffs without reason, no proper Knowledge transfer, top mgt are inefficient and incapable people, don't know how to run Company and how to use the resources. All are leaving the Company

Nothing to be liked as they are only concerned about cost cutting it is their right to do that but why to hire someone for 3 months & then fire without giving any reason & adequate time to find a new job

Everything no increment,poor infrastructure,lack of knowledge of management about utilisation of manpower & how to manage as the managers are doing wfh but they want there team members to wfo

Nothing… they extract work for free and threaten ur job security even if ur high perforner. Pathetic Management

No hike, no job security, no bonus, just work like donkey.. worst management no clients only cost cutting…
