I love the work culture at Apex. People here treat everyone equally and fairly. You get a lot to learn from people around you and the management will not limit you to anything specific. The top leaders encourage people to learn and skill up.

Dislikes

...n create constraints sometimes and they care little about employee satisfaction. The Bonus and appraisals can be a lot better as there is a pay disparity amongst peers which is disappointing.

...e and everyday is extension. No training no KT. Have to do our own R&D and work. Managers and higher Management do not pay any attention to employees requests or and cannot take leave without giving genuine reasons. Toxic culture.

The company has two location in pune so employee can perfer the location Previous team manager and team was good.

...sal nor bonus Promotion are given on skill and capibilities rather on team wise basis Too much tranport has been cut from salary Meal amount is also cut from salary Initial CTC are showed good but too much dedection

No perk and benefits everything is deducted from salary, too much tax deduction , huge transport deduction from salary , you take for one day or whole month the huge will be deducted fully.

Nothing to be liked as they are only concerned about cost cutting it is their right to do that but why to hire someone for 3 months & then fire without giving any reason & adequate time to find a new job

Everything no increment,poor infrastructure,lack of knowledge of management about utilisation of manpower & how to manage as the managers are doing wfh but they want there team members to wfo
