Horrible culture. Too much of micro management. They don’t bother about work, they focus on other silly aspects and if you are self respected, you can’t stay there. People who are conceptually sound and can do their work without anyone’s support are not fairly treated. We have to live under the VPs umbrella.

Negligible Bonus and Increments No Appreciation for performances and still expect alot from you Many Managers hired are from outside of corporates so they run their team like a Kirana stores.. Management's only focus is on cost cuttings so there have been layoffs 6 months ago and there is no job security Many Managers in hyderabad and banglore lack basic english communication skills.. 4 Days WFO which makes no sense at all since your manager and team members will be working from some different locations altogether Micro Management by top level managers- they will even monitor your looo breaks... There are some people who keep an eye on everyone and inform their masters.. this is the only thing that they are goood at. Boot lic*ing

No work life balance, daily avg time is 11-12 hrs, sr management is worst, they dont support employee. Yes they do micro management. Even if u have leaves they ask you to not take it.

Only like is get an offer from other companies and get retained for higher salary and again leave the organization after couple of months, employees using Apex to revise packages.

...cations are down outlook crashes very often they don't have permanent solutions. No proper retention policy if u have a offer they will easily revise your pay.

... to move up or stick around. 4. Promotions seem unfair and favor some people. 5. Pay doesn't go up much, if at all. 6. There's no consistent way things are done. 7. We're even cutting back on basic stuff like tissue paper. 8. Location is also so far from station.
