Horrible culture. Too much of micro management. They don’t bother about work, they focus on other silly aspects and if you are self respected, you can’t stay there. People who are conceptually sound and can do their work without anyone’s support are not fairly treated. We have to live under the VPs umbrella.

Compensation benefits, there are many hidden cuts in pay like they won't pay Travelling allowance while working from home, which is included in CTC

...o work for other teams as well even if it’s not the work for which you’re hired. No Overtime compensation just more work if you do good. No proper training or support expects you to learn by doing it by yourself. The higher management is rotten to the core.
