Motivating journey from Tally partner to 5 star Tally partner ranking during initial stage.

Dislikes

Current management is unorganised and inexperienced without any standard policy. Management does not fulfill promises provided while hiring people. Lots of politics and biased appraisal process. Resignation process involves signing a declaration stating that you cannot join other similar organisation for 18 months failing which you will be sued under section 499 IPC with a fine of Rs 5 Lacs. Check these things before joining.

Lack of leadership and vision, no standard policy, lot of politics. Salaries delayed indefinitely after 3 months of joining. After resignation you have to sign declaration that you cannot join any other similar organisation for 18 months or they file cases for penalty of 5 Lakh rupees under section 499 IPC. Think twice before joining here on false promises. I lost my time and money here. Dont know how such companies are surviving by earning from their employees instead by doing ethical business.
