Nothing, most worst organization

Dislikes

Everything is disliking, nothing's good there, no job security, no work - life balance, full of politics from some of the old heads, spoiling innocent people's time. Most worst University. No promotions because everyone is on contract basis for a year only, they don't have care for dedicated employees. Despite of being a women oriented organization, they do not have any respect for womens. Skill Development is zero there, and if you have skills, then you'll be the worst person to stay there, you'll be thrown out of job, no one is there to help you, whether he's a helper, a faculty, registrar, vice chancellor or whether it is the owner of the organization. So, for the safe side, I suggest you, never join ASU.

Good place to start your job. Offers good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Your contribution isn't well-counted. There is no promotion policy. The leadership is poor and don't have a strong vision. As a result, people working there do not get exact work. Not that people sit idle there. They work there but not utilised in the right manner. The salary structure isn't logically designed. There are departmental heads or senior managers who do nothing but get heavy salary and those who actually contribute effectively with their time and talent, are often discouraged with peanuts. It's a failure of the Berlia family as the leaders. This is not all. They organisation follows many unethical practices and deprives the employees to their rights. They don't cooperate at all while give experience certificates to their employees, manipulate in the full and final payment of their employees. Don't even pay the gratuity properly. They have made many cell companies particularly to mar the rights of the employees.

Lot of novel learning experiences, excellent work culture, state of the art Academics

None as such,work environment is very friendly and cooperative. however, administration and staff inductions require improvements

Work culture is awesome, everyone is cooperative, Excellent Management. Transparent management. Also provide very good hostel accommodation and appraisals are fair.

Dislikes

New employee induction needs attention. Transport facility unavailable for employees.
