Good place to start your job. Offers good work-life balance.

Your contribution isn't well-counted. There is no promotion policy. The leadership is poor and don't have a strong vision. As a result, people working there do not get exact work. Not that people sit idle there. They work there but not utilised in the right manner. The salary structure isn't logically designed. There are departmental heads or senior managers who do nothing but get heavy salary and those who actually contribute effectively with their time and talent, are often discouraged with peanuts. It's a failure of the Berlia family as the leaders. This is not all. They organisation follows many unethical practices and deprives the employees to their rights. They don't cooperate at all while give experience certificates to their employees, manipulate in the full and final payment of their employees. Don't even pay the gratuity properly. They have made many cell companies particularly to mar the rights of the employees....Read More
