...forced to management and plant head, the management shown in covid 19 situation. Rest of the company is good, main thing is that salary is coming proper time . New joining employees are left the job due to they have no confirmation letter. It is very bad the company would take bad decision. Rest of all average.

Job security at apar , work culture good but need to change some departments , company policies is healthy.

There is a lots of politics and management doesn't address our issue salary decent but career growth is slow.

Employee Engangment, Having big Infrastucture and capabilities, very good protfolio on cables, conductors and oil.

Lack of system, very low salary and benifits compair to industry, Not belive in automations systems only follow convensional methods. No emplolyee flexibility. No rewards and recognisations, No global explosure.

Dirty politics by some senior management people due to insecurity taking benefit of position. Includes racism with recruiting incompetent staff from their community. No recognition of hard working people.
