Salary. Salary is way below the market standards. Especially my team the appraisal or the promotion is not even matching aon's own standards. So it depends on your manager completely.

I like the culture here , the trainings provided every quarter are very useful . For career growth , one gets opportunities now and then to either get promoted or shifting to some other team or department , if not permanent, then one can apply for short term assignments which are for around 3-6 months in which u get the exposure to the work in other team or departments . This company keeps on growing through innovation and latest technologies and let it's employees grow by giving them full opportunity to manage and handle new projects.

The compensation , I feel that we are not paid according to the work we do . Also, I feel that whenever it's time to perform or get some task done , they (managers) will say anything and everything to get the work done but then the hard work and Xtra things done to achieve our targets go unnoticed and at the time of appraisals they just consider numbers and nothing else . I feel there are many non-quantifiable tasks which needs to be done but they go unnoticed at the time of ratings which is actually very demotivating.

...e very end and there were guys who were asked to leave within months of joining. They provided compensation based on number of years spent in the company and clearly folks who spent less time in company did not get enough compensation.

Being a high turnover n revenue earning company it pays enough for freshers too.. They provide u with high quality flasks n Bags valuable gifts for the huge no of employees for Xmas n diwali.. Work n timeline s more than enough as they hire too many ppl n hve d capacity tu pay.. Teammates backup enough for ppl wid low understanding r any sort of health issues.. They don’t ask ppl tu leave bcoz they work on old tasks for long tym they only work as team to finish the tasks assigned n make sure enough time sheet maintained by all

As long grt hve a vast no of employees groupism n gangs r more.. obviously bcoz of dat rumours spread more quickly than 4G r 5G.. They can make a person whom they wanted tu b hehe yup if a single person feels something odd abt a person they keep on talking n discussing n try tu create d image n all ppl of their gang n so on spread n other groups too.. bad behaviour s dat they r I’m matured n think freshers r bad but actually they r overmatured n we r fresh kids.. They always make friends wid other gender n think themselves genuine n do inappropriate things n judge too much wen see such friendship n new comers.. They r so strong to as groups n over talkative n too many valavala kolakola ppl who speak unwanted stuffs always n gangs .. There s also ppl who spread news like daily newspapers.. They use innocent ppl for their own benefits without the concerned persons knowledge .. I mean u May b gud at a subject but they create their own image n show off like too helping n make themselves gud by creating a image of thathi r far less than ur knowledge n think they r superior whereas u May knw if trained n a gud way u can do better .. They always change teams n change work patterns n flows n confuse u bcoz seniors r more n managers n next level are so close that they give al ryts to work according tu them so they try tu put blame on others instead of accepting as ours .. they don’t allow ppl to learn new n do new works n blame ppl r unwilling tu work.. they always roam around n work at nyts n blame ppl for not asking doubts n time taken for food is too much that it may make u feel worried that wen tu ask doubt .
