I like the culture here , the trainings provided every quarter are very useful . For career growth , one gets opportunities now and then to either get promoted or shifting to some other team or department , if not permanent, then one can apply for short term assignments which are for around 3-6 months in which u get the exposure to the work in other team or departments . This company keeps on growing through innovation and latest technologies and let it's employees grow by giving them full opportunity to manage and handle new projects.

The compensation , I feel that we are not paid according to the work we do . Also, I feel that whenever it's time to perform or get some task done , they (managers) will say anything and everything to get the work done but then the hard work and Xtra things done to achieve our targets go unnoticed and at the time of appraisals they just consider numbers and nothing else . I feel there are many non-quantifiable tasks which needs to be done but they go unnoticed at the time of ratings which is actually very demotivating.

Company culture is great and work-life balance is equivalent to a govt employee's (depending on the team). Job stability is very high and there no almost negligible chances of getting laid off. Salaries are paid on time. The company is good for a fresher in the starting age of his career and one shouldn't stick for more than 3 years IMO. Cab facilities pick and drop are available irrespective of shift timings

... zones and settled here. Hence meager room for promotions for other employees. No bonus or variable pay which is disappointing. They usually provide a joining bonus with a bond of 2 years which is high and have to pay in full if leaving before 2 years. It was WFH but were later called to the office under hybrid. The amusing part was Manager was justifying WFO by saying it would lead to team bonding, etc and was sitting in the Gurugram office while the team was in the Bangalore office. The Company's Finance/FP&A team is so much into cost-cutting that they tried to reduce benefits like R&R, employee 3 year gift, canceling free snacks in cafe, etc. In performance goals, they add some unachievable or irrelevant goals like giving presentations, idea improvement, etc which are sometimes difficult for a fresher.
