Its a good organization though the upper management could be better in terms of providing opportunity to employee and also not oppressing their views and ideas.

I spent close to 6 years at AON Hewitt and grew up to a Benefits Manager role. This period in my professional life was the most satisfying and most enriching experience in terms of learning and exposure, I often feel like going back if given a right opportunity.

The compensation could have been better

Provides good compensation and transport .but in terms of growth need to be proactive and fast developer for own development . Provides lot of training s to grow further.

Ability to work on your own is compatible to survive and sustain . Everyone has his own load to work for.

Nothing inspires me to work with AON.

Dislikes

Very less salary as compared to work. No promotions. Politics around the floor. U need to become a scyhopant. Worst transport. TL & Managers are good for nothing they do not have any process knowledge they are there to use company laptop and free internet. Management is so pathetic. They always look for ways to reduce operation cost (as if some austerity drive is going on).

Teammates help each other and the leadership is good they are not dictators. Training and development team helps to identify the needs for future development and career growth.

Dislikes

Initial Salary they offer is less as compared to market
