Compensation and benefits, skill development and learning. Lack of collaboration within department, Lack of investment in terms enhancement of tools and products people use

Work from anywhere culture is the only thing that can be liked but due to the workload given, especially after WFH culture, they expect to work 24/7. The TL & managers really need to be groomed on how to manage the team without giving pressure on them.

Dislikes

...ng your referrals or promoting individuals through IJP. But everything is fixed. Just to get the referrals bonus they consider their close one's referrals and nowadays managers and their close ones get their family members hired to inter-teams. 3. There is no proper training plan and when new hires hit the floor they are blank on how to proceed and start panicking.

Company's vision is to become a service provider with 100 cent accuracy and timeliness which helps employees to give their best efforts and it helps employees to have a competitive environment.

Dislikes

Bonus should be attractive and havemore perks and monetary benefits. Company should organize something for outside employees who are not from NCR.

Work from anywhere is something that allows employee to enjoy quality time with his loved ones. Apart from that company have policies for the betterment of there guardians.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction is not there in Safeguard Global also the decision related to appraisal and promotion is taken on the basis of who is favorite to the manager.

Safeguard is good company for working alot of learnings.

Dislikes

Increament is the real issue here they give good hike to new recruitments but who is also working in safeguard before them increase percentage is low.
