Good work and team mates are very supportive and managment is excellent. Company policies are good they give salary hike and incentive every year. There is in no salery cut off during lock down that is best example for all employees

Although it is exhausting to work as you may have to put in 15hrs daily, certain department heads are really good and encourage and appreciate you for the work done.

There is no appreciation from own HOD, constant worry at job, creates insecure work environment

Small team where interaction with top management is easy and not a task Freedom to take initiatives and implement with supervision.

Dislikes

Org is not ready or prepared to take big leaps. Doesn't believe in market trends, only focused on their priorities which hinders multiple level reach of the brand. Sales guys required to practice attendance model while visiting markets, an inbuilt application which has to be used while visiting dealers to marl attendance. No perks or additional benefits, no corporate parties for employees. They need hard and smart people but doesn't want them to use their skills.

1.Very soft onboarding process organize by hr team on real time basis training provided to the employee also guidance to career growth opportunities by personal and professional level . 2.Company culture & policies is very nice. 3.About team mates all awesome, open minded,kindness,helping hands, good mentors & leadership qualities . 4.About Quality Manager,Mr parmeswar bhat building a outstanding team hats off always mentoring to team for continuel improvement by personal and professional level nice human being help lot during my period in Ao smith his guidance contribute to customer complaint resolution, process Quality improvements & my personality development. Lot time consumption in meeting, reports creating to reflect numbers on dashboard. Suggestion:- 1.insted of reflect numbers on dashboard from those employees whose not interest in that use there experience towords departmental objectives and buisness growth strategies.
