Joined as an Intern initially and the management team recognized my performance during the Probation period of 6-months. After that I was confirmed as Full time employee and working on new technology areas. Today, I am a Senior Engineer at VVNT and happy with my career advancement.

For me its all good, but yes they expect people to perform well.

Liked the focus to develop people and they give lot of time for people to grasp the things. I joined as a Intern and was recognized for my work and they confirmed me in 4th month. As a Fresher, I got exposure on 360-degree testing. Happy to be part of VVNT and in a matter of 1.5 year, I was promoted.

Fair on rewarding your Performance. It's purely a performance based company and if you are good, within one year you will grow. Test Automation and lot of learning on new Tools

Hiring strategy can be improved as poor performance slows down the company growth

Best of my experince here and in a matter of 8months, I leant a lot that I could not learn from my last company. All latest technologies we can learn here, what else we can expect.

Nothing as such. It's all your perception, companies do their best and you need to be an asset to be valued there.

It's a Performance based culture in this company. If you are not able to perform in one areas, you will be given 3-4 other areas to work upon. Many new skills that I acquire in a matter of one year Lot of Management support and Friendly environment

Dislikes

Few people comes from Rural areas & consider this to be a Government job. Hiring process can be improved
