I can't think of anything that I like about anviam. Earlier when I joined as an intern very low pay. Now they don't even keep that promise. Policy is always changing according to their needs.

Dislikes

No learning opportunities, if you don't have work. No WFH or leave if you want to go home. Even if you have leaves available. They'll not approve. If you are looking for work life balance they don't go.

Additionally, they foster an abusive working atmosphere, engaging in unethical actions such as salary delays and neglecting to respond to request for experience letters through email or phone calls. Instead of providing written documentation through email, they resort to emotional manipulation and convey important information verbally before denying it later. Therefore, it's advisable to steer clear of considering employment with them. The company is owned and managed by three individuals, which means that even if you raise a complaint, it's unlikely to lead to any action being taken. Therefore, my advice is to steer clear of considering employment with them in the first place

Skill Development/Learning: If you are capable enough for self-learning and have good relations with your colleagues and Seniors. But If you depend on the company for Skill improvement then sorry you are at the wrong place. Work Satisfaction: That depends only on the owner's mood in the evening is good. That's the only reason for work satisfaction. Your Faults: 1. You have given your 100%, it's your fault. 2. You have given more than 8 hours to a company that is your fault. 3. If you are expecting good things from the company it's your fault. 4. You are working on the owner's request on your weekend or leave. It's your fault.

Dislikes

Work-Life Balance: The Company personally doesn't care about that. Salary: They help just to survive but not as per skills or work. Promotions/ Appraisal: If only it's a promotional purpose. Both the Owners have a good mood with ego satisfaction. Job Security: Not a 1%. They have to be secure about their ego and personal grudges. Company Culture: Culture is quite impressive on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. But if you are in the company then you can see a different world there. HR is there to manage each single word of the owner just like a Mitthu. Owner: Mithu Churi Khayega. HR(Last HR, I met): Mithu Churi Kahyega.

Dislikes

There is no such thing as work life balance in the firm. No good work is appreciated but a mistake is pointed out as a batch. No job security at all. They dont even appreciate you working extra hours for zero pennies
