Absence of Medical Leave and Benefits: I did not receive any medical leave or benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) or Employee State Insurance (ESI), which are typically expected in corporate employment. This lack of support raised concerns about employee welfare. Difficult Customer Interactions: Even with the training provided, many customers were challenging to handle. Instances of verbal abuse, including inappropriate and unacceptable comments, were not uncommon. Some customers even harassed employees by sending casual messages to personal phone numbers, blurring the lines of professionalism. Pressure to Mislead Customers: There were distressing instances where team leaders instructed us to misrepresent offerings to clients, suggesting we entice them with false promises such as job opportunities in exchange for personal information required to open demat accounts. This unethical practice contributed to a toxic work environment. Unsafe Work Environment: There were occasions when I was pressured to come to the office despite serious local incidents, such as riots and burning shops in my area. My team leader’s insistence on attendance under such conditions felt irresponsible and neglectful of employee safety. For instance, there were times when employees were expected to open 50 accounts in a month. In such a high-pressure atmosphere, team leaders would publicly reprimand those who fell short, creating an environment of fear and anxiety. Invasion of Privacy: During lunch breaks, my team leader frequently intruded on my personal choices, questioning why I ordered food online rather than preparing meals at home. worst company and TL they are so hypocrite and not at all supportive all they care about is their incentives they will hire you saying its a permanent job then they will surprise you with not informed pep documentation they will suddenly tell you that you have not matched their expectations after 6 months of hard word and they will pressurize you on next level and they will need you to join meets in the morning before shift starts and after shift is over they will ask you to join meets and all

Pays merely 6-7k per month to freshers. Highest salary offered is 15k per month in the organization. If you get 10 mins late for 2 days, half day salary is cut. So almost never you will get complete salary. Employees work in terrorizing environment. No granted leaves. You get paid only for the days you work minus amount deducted for 10 mins late logins. Mon to Saturday working. 9 AM to 6:30 PM which can extend to 6:45 or more. High sales pressure. NO incentive on reaching sales target (Demat account opening, and cross selling). Gives unrealistic target, and even if you reach, that month's incentive will be given after 3 months. So in any case you will be losing 2 months of incentive if you are eligible. Despite having so called incentive structure in place as a lollipop or namesake, I have never seen anyone getting it. No leave even on some public holidays. No HR policy or Pay Slip. Runs like a small local grocery shop. Every 2-3 month, new people join and leave the organization or they only lay off. So High attrition. Zero professionalism in operations. Owners doesn't respect employees and no vision for company apart from just making money for themselves. Short sighted approach towards business. Not recommended overall.

... you are good and well performing personal then the people here are good to you. You will get the salary on time. And you will get a bonus yearly if you are a good performer.

Growth is very slow here, Salary Increment is not good compared to other brokers. Managers will scold you and Will ask you to leave the company infront of all the employees which will demotivate you very much.
