There was nothing to like about andromeda.

... , arrogant they were misbehaving with us. We were not getting holiday on time . Salary date was not specific. After working for 1 and half month we’re getting salary for 1 month. There was three shift some time we used to sleep in office . No arrangement of food.

...afeteria with full AC and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are good and good salary

Athena bpo is a worst company i had ever worked in my life,they are holding every month 15 days salary. i had not got my full salary also after resignation. and their biometric system was very poor. Because of thet employees are suffering the problems like loose of pay scale

Good work... environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. That's it.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary also low and not to support our career growth. In my pores they are very partial.

It is good place for the fresher to learn the working of the bpo and gain some quality experience.

Dislikes

They give less salary. They have there own matrix in regard of the salary structure. Even though client increase the billing amt but they do not pass the monetary benefit to employees.

The company is work with good technology and update time to time. I like to fact that i am a part of a team, high quality products.

Dislikes

I the market compensation is very high but growth is slow. The work pressure is getting high sometimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day because of attend client calls or fraud calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.
