Likes

Good work environment and culture. Work place are very good and attractive. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria with full AC and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal are good and good salary

Dislikes

Athena bpo is a worst company i had ever worked in my life,they are holding every month 15 days salary. i had not got my full salary also after resignation. and their biometric system was very poor. Because of thet employees are suffering the problems like loose of pay scale

There were good relation and effort of my team members.I never misguided to any team member. The most important thing, I always tried to learn something different so that we could be as a team sport just in the short time.

Dislikes

There were good relation and effort of my team members. This was my first job. So from starting to Beginning we tried to learn better things instead of Appraisal. The environment was so good beacuse of that we learnt and did something different.

Basically my job profile were, To create user id and password of internet banking and provide to customer and also supported Team members for Better solutions of customer.
