I admit everything as my dislike only. I think only freshers can enroll their candiditure over here may be they can learn some skills which may help them in their future. However, If you have good enough skills then this isn't a correct place because management isn't going to notice your exepreience even though they will treat you as a fresher by repeatedly reminding the silly task to you even if you not require that. Their work flow is going to completely f**k your brain. The pathetic place to work for those people who were atleast holding 1 year xperience. They may get a far better oppurtunity.

Work culture is pathetic. There's no private life. You will have to work even till 2am most of the days. Unprofessional. Managers shouts at you like in a fish market. Even if you leave the company, they will find out where are you working and ruin your work life even in your new company. Worst part is nobody stays in the company more than a year. Save urself.

Nothing management is very very poor worst company I had ever seen.

Management and if we develop some project then we have to get clear documentation but from the company side everyday documentation has been changed and worst management no one hear your opinion
