I admit everything as my dislike only. I think only freshers can enroll their candiditure over here may be they can learn some skills which may help them in their future. However, If you have good enough skills then this isn't a correct place because management isn't going to notice your exepreience even though they will treat you as a fresher by repeatedly reminding the silly task to you even if you not require that. Their work flow is going to completely f**k your brain. The pathetic place to work for those people who were atleast holding 1 year xperience. They may get a far better oppurtunity.

Being a Woman I feel ashamed been a part of this Company, be it for some months only. I worked under Ms Anuja and with my colleague Ms Tottinee, her name is so diffuse to pronounce forget about writing but since I had some Serious experience with her I had to mention. As an HR you work based on your process of working whatever work has been assigned to you and eventually successfully complete it that’s the simple way right ? But no Anuja is the higher boss if you disobey her, I wouldn’t say instructions but order, you will be fired and that another girl who used to sit with me I don’t know whether she is still with the company or not but working people like her is an embarrassment. She called me with some embarrassing names based on my attire and appearance which is unmentionable in front of Anuja and Amrita, knowing full well they have had supported her. Tottinee is a poison for any company, I had to leave but I wouldn’t spare her here, some truth about her I would like to disclose that would help the new Joiners with the Post that I served. Tottinee is a scar for the whole Community of feminism, she flirts each and every guy in the office in a nagative way which is unmentionable, with big specs and low mentality she tries to be very calm and simple but after getting denied by any guy she starts copying others, starts from her shoes to clincher but everyone in this world are not made for everything, if she looks like a hanger it’s not our fault. She tried to get in a close relationship with a Manager from sales team but failed, after that she thought I am also after him so utter some bad words about me to Anuja, she starting treating me badly and Amrita was there just in front of me, knowing everything and seeing everything upfront how can she stay completely quiet I am quite shocked. Now I too believe she is with another guy, could be from any department or any team, she is a good spy too, on anyone’s absence she noitices who does what and after monitoring she sends a silent whats app to her closed boyo. The Company should take care of its assets, which are their employees, should not be inclined towards a specific category, the CEO should look after and the owner too. This girl is a shame of name and kind of work she does inside the office premises would be a crime if I mention here so it’s better to keep it secret and give a chance to the CEO and Amrita to find out. Lookout for Tottinee ( stinking name and being ) her secret work of shame in the evening hours with a guy. Find out who it is. No one should join this company as an Hr or by any designation for that matter, never

The CEO and Chumcha, Chota Spoon, both are duffers. The University of US from where the CEO got his degree if they experience the product and the Company with his 0 IQ will pass away immediately. You Shame of Intelligence gather some knowledge atleast from Artificial Intelligence. Do you know the B of Business ? if Job seekers are unhappy how the hell you dreaming about competing LinkedIn and Naukri ? some X Y Z on boarded means your Product becomes immortal? Learn some strategies if you again have to join elementary school. Do not misuse the chair and others time . Have you even heard about this points, 1) Aggregator 2) Peer to peer 3) Freemium 4)The Triangle Model of success I don't think so. Just walking and showing your artificial plants that you are working and breaking a leg won't do, improvement needs some experience and knowledge, which unfortunately you don't cater any of those. Go home, spend atleast 5 months of Hibernation, don't go asleep, for animals it defines go workless and asleep not for humans, so for you, you implement this word to increase and gather some knowledge about business and business models, then you dare to compete with other companies and shame them for no reason just to satisfy your undeveloped brain. Come out with your dream and face the practicality or your Company would be soon in the newspaper headlines for closure ..... Grow up you little brain

Work culture is pathetic. There's no private life. You will have to work even till 2am most of the days. Unprofessional. Managers shouts at you like in a fish market. Even if you leave the company, they will find out where are you working and ruin your work life even in your new company. Worst part is nobody stays in the company more than a year. Save urself.
