Almost everything Work culture is worst Human Resource department exists only in paper No Liberty, freedom and justice for employees CEO is dangerously toxic and will shout with unparliamentary words 90% of Head of the departments are toxic, intrudes into personal life of employs Leaves most of the time exists on paper and to get approval need many permissions Employ drop out is alarmingly high Many quits job few days after joining Employ unfriendly practices like bond, retention deposits etc.

There is nothing appreciable about working in AMTZ.

Dislikes

Beyond 9 hours working. Buttering seniors being a must. No appreciation for being from a premier Institute like IIT or IIM. Most seniors having education qualifications unworthy of being in that rank.

You get good exposure and good contacts

Dislikes

Micro management to the core. There are no policies in the place. Rules keep changing as per the whims and fancies of top management. Leadership is not encouraged here. Every body from an assistant to vice president are just expected to take dictation from their superiors. This company suffocates all enthusiasm and love for work out of their employees. They might as well just hire some clerks in stead of hiring highly qualified and experienced people. They hire smart people and don't let them work their way. Not recommended at all.
