... for us for 6 months.then after a huge strike and struggling they Became willed.Also about salary...They are providing high salary to the freshers who is just passed out and joined the hospital.But They are not at all providing high salary for a 6 years staffs like me.Am getting 28000rs.am having 6 years experience. For Just joined fresher they are paying 18000rs.this is Situation here.

Salary Is not at all good The way of treating nurses. There is no adequate facilities if a nurse got sick.

I love the fact that i am so happily work with my team,another plus point is that i also like employee policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high .HR department work prossess is very slow.

... HR is terribly ignorant, not aware of degrees and according posts for doctors. They prefer to take Homeopathy doctors with less pay in place of modern medicine doctors. Don’t at all bother about quality..

Homely work culture, teammates are very cooperative but future growth rate is quite slow,, lots of renowned doctor and modern equipment is there,,,, car

Career growth rate is very slow,,, salary structure have to be modify as per the current economic situation ,,, innovative skilled staff require with good pay role. Sufficient staff require to maintain daily work balance to upgrade the organization to no 1 in eastern region.

Excellent infrastructure at Bhubaneswar and the company is supported by Emami a cash rich company

...asis. Health care industry is a complex one n need to be managed professionally. Poor compensation and there is no career growth concept or planning. It's management is heavily dependant on Emami which is a non health care industry.
