Poor Leadership Decisions: The CEO, Mr. Rupak Barua, prioritized personal vendor interests over proven results, leading to the scrapping of successful strategies. Leadership seemed more focused on political games than fostering business growth. Lack of Appreciation: Despite diligent efforts and measurable success, there was no recognition or support from management for hard work. Unfair Treatment During COVID-19: During the pandemic, I was unjustly terminated for refusing to return to the office while most non-medical staff were still working from home. This demonstrated a lack of empathy and fairness. Conclusion: While AMRI Hospitals offered some opportunities for professional development and creative input, the toxic work culture, internal politics, and lack of managerial integrity overshadowed these The organization prioritizes personal interests over employee well-being and business growth, making it an unsuitable workplace for professionals seeking a fair and supportive environment.
