Workload and paper work is so heavy and increment not satisfactory even leave demand not fulfill daily duty roster change that way I'm not satisfied if u see the hospital from outside it's look so good life 5*hotel but inside totally different and political

Well,i had such a bad experience in amri hospital..May be this hospital is good for patients but not for nurses.Here in hospital i think they dont know Whats the real meaning of a nurse.Nurses are treating like a servants.There is no support for nurses from any side of this hospital.we nurses Dont have any rights here.they are shutting our mouths without any reason.they are ordering we have to do..thats the policy here.If we shouting for our sake to the management or higher authorities then it will be like a big scene.For eg: For last 11 months am doing covid duty here but The other hospitals were providing extra paisa for covid duty. But this amri hospital were not providing for us for 6 months.then after a huge strike and struggling they Became willed.Also about salary...They are providing high salary to the freshers who is just passed out and joined the hospital.But They are not at all providing high salary for a 6 years staffs like me.Am getting 28000rs.am having 6 years experience. For Just joined fresher they are paying 18000rs.this is Situation here....Read More
