Having been a part of AMMROC, my passion for aircraft since childhood and to have been part of something larger that made a difference, made my dream come true. Regular refresher and soft skills training. I was able to use my skills and knowledge as well as push myself in areas that I was unsure of myself. I had the freedom to think outside the box and have all thoughts considered. Fixed work schedule. Excellent team to work with, just like family. Overall excellent experience.

Dislikes

Politics: Politics does exist on a big scale within AMMROC though I suppose its the normal norm all over as we are humans. Job security: Assurance of knowing that one's job is secure and that one is unlikely to be dismissed or made redundant without sufficient notice period is very crucial. Differences of opinions: My Manager and I occasionally had differences of opinions, but I think that's a healthy part of working in a team where all members are trying to do their best for the benefit of the company and isn't indicative of any personality clashes.

THE ONLY THING AMMROC PROVIDES IS FEW BENEFITS COMPAIRED TO OTHERS LIKE ANUAL LEAVES THEY ARE PLENTY OF THEM AND PAYS LITTLE BETTER IF YOU NEGOTIATE WELL AT TIME OF SELECTION

IF YOU HAVE JOINED THEN FORGET ABOUT PROMOTION AND BE READDY TO ACCEPT MANY ROLES, FEW PEOPLE ON HIGHER POSTS ARE NOT THAT CAPABLE TO TAKE CARE OF TALENT UPBRINGING AND CAREER GROWTH, YOU WILL SPEND YEARS WITHOUT INCREMENT IN SALARY. AND THEY CAN FIRE YOU AT ANY TIME WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU REASON . WILL ASK YOU TO COME OFFICE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AND WORK CULTURE IS PATHETIC NO ONE TALKS OF NEW IDEAS.
