Politics: Politics does exist on a big scale within AMMROC though I suppose its the normal norm all over as we are humans. Job security: Assurance of knowing that one's job is secure and that one is unlikely to be dismissed or made redundant without sufficient notice period is very crucial. Differences of opinions: My Manager andI occasionally had differences of opinions, but I think that's a healthy part of working in a team where all members are trying to do their best for the benefit of the company and isn't indicative of any personality clashes....Read More

During my term with AMMROC, I competed various professional and vocation trainings organized by the company. I developed professionally and learnt to prioritize, adapt and manage effectively and supportively especially under extreme pressure.

They promise us to continue with it for along time but without any notice they have given us termination without any preliminaries
