Hire & fire policy, if you are 1 min short in completing 9hrs shift, salary deduction is for full day, not even half day or leave. No half day policy. You can not move out from office premises during office 9 hours. You never know when you loose your job all of sudden. During the exit HR tells that don't put negative comments after leaving the company otherwise there is negative BGV to your new employer. Don't go by positive comments by scared ex employees better look for another opportunity

Not supportive at all. They opened the office amid corona scare despite being an IT company and a visibly increased productivity during work from home.

...icies. An appointment letter is a contract paper with unbelievable conditions. They pay for working days only, which means if you take a leave you lose more money.

Team members are always supportive, Manager always root you for growth. Good facilities and salary benefits and allowance. Implementation of new ideas are always welcomed.

Learning depends on projects you are assigned to.

Good place to work for, provides number of opportunities, offered salary is good. You will learn a lot new technologies here and new tools for the development.
