You are doing best of yours, just try to keep track of who is working hard and who is killing time, please praise deserving employees, management applications mean alot to those wo work and motivate to perform better. Would love to work again in future.

One of the best place to work in IT, Both the managers are beyond the expectation, manage us in all the condition and they do not want to loose there employee. U get inspiration from NOC Director i.e. Sudy sir how long they sit on there chair when any incident or MI comes and support the engineer. Every senior share there knowledge and support technically if we have any issue.... In Amicus I specialize fill like Family....

Nothing is there in Amicus to dislike and if you have any issue just go and talk managers they will come up with you with the solution...
