I like the work culture here. Managers are good, HR is also supportive and top level management listens to the employees.

Dislikes

I dislike the year-end bonus factor which is like 25% of your in hand monthly salary. It is difficult to negotiate outside. Secondly, AWM&RVS department is the most pathetic department. The work that is done here has no value in other companies. Only 10% of the work force in this department has skills which matters in the industry, but the rest are qualified to work there only. They cannot switch to any other company and take a big jump in their salary. Bottomline: if you are looking for entry level job then only join AWM department. All the other departments are really good. They have relevance to the outside world. It is easy to get into AWM department and difficult to get into the other departments.

The only positive think I could find is job security.

...e compensation model is also not very good. Beware of the component called LTDB. There is a big portion called LTDB (variable component) that makes you feel that you are getting a very handsome package. Package that your didn't even ask for, but later once you joined the company you got to know it's a myth, you will only get this component once you complete certain year in the company that to again some portion will go to future years.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

IT hardware and Infrastructure for employees needs to upgrade.

Work culture is good, company as a overall have positive attitude towards wellbeing of employees.

Dislikes

There is alternate work arrangement policy (AWA) which allows flexibility to employees in case they are in a situation where they cannot travel to office and need to work from home. Now that policy is just for name with no actual use, since managers strongly discourage employees to avail benefits of that policy. Managers ask people to take leaves (paid/unpaid) if in case they can’t travel to office to meet 3 days in office compliance.
