Previous leadership was amazing here One of the best leaders we have but now leaders has been change nd there pattern has been changed as well.. so if new leaders have something for you that you will grow for sure but if in case they don’t like you then it will be risky in terms of job security as well.. I like the work culture here. Managers are good, HR is also supportive and top level management listens to the employees.

Dislikes

I dislike the year-end bonus factor which is like 25% of your in hand monthly salary. It is difficult to negotiate outside. Secondly, AWM&RVS department is the most pathetic department. The work that is done here has no value in other companies. Only 10% of the work force in this department has skills which matters in the industry, but the rest are qualified to work there only. They cannot switch to any other company and take a big jump in their salary. Bottomline: if you are looking for entry level job then only join AWM department. All the other departments are really good. They have relevance to the outside world. It is easy to get into AWM department and difficult to get into the other departments....Read More
