The only positive think I could find is job security.

No work life balance management expect you to work minimum 15 hours You have the higher management who is there in the company for past 15 years, they won't let you to do something innovative. The technology, tools company is using are obsolete. If you stay for long time you will eventually become so incompetent that you have to stay in the same company. The compensation model is also not very good. Beware of the component called LTDB. There is a big portion called LTDB (variable component) that makes you feel that you are getting a very handsome package. Package that your didn't even ask for, but later once you joined the company you got to know it's a myth, you will only get this component once you complete certain year in the company that to again some portion will go to future years....Read More

Previous leadership was amazing here One of the best leaders we have but now leaders has been change nd there pattern has been changed as well.. so if new leaders have something for you that you will grow for sure but if in case they don’t like you then it will be risky in terms of job security as well..
