No work life balance in sales, you get tortured on weekends also plus the growth stops once you rch a level of SRM. Rest things were fine.

their is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salry is decent but career growth is slow bonus and hikes are not much satisfied only who will chanting managers them only get much benefited.

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.

Received an professional experience with banking sector.. The team also has an excellent members of great knowledge.. company policies has the logo like customer satisfaction first ;, which attracts customers and benefits us to work smart..

...ut the third party industry like plada infotech does not satisfy the employees.. like less salary and delay of incentives.
