Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.

Compensation may not be great keeping industry trends in mind Evening work hours for most teams (some people may mind it)

Politics at upper level; it's tough to maintain work-life balance sometimes.

...ement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. They give good salary hike and bonus every year for only permanent employee.

only salary and over time payout difference between permanent and contractual employs. Thats it and everything this good

You are solely responsible for your own growth and promotion. And salary for employees is way below than market structure.

Dislikes

Salary is low and leadership outlook towards new technologies is outdated. Company goes under restructure every few years now.
