I love the job security and the work-life balance aspects the most, especially paired with the fair compensation and work culture, because it allows me to work in a healthy environment, enjoy my personal life well, and not worry if i will lose my job anytime. their is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salry is decent but career growth is slow bonus and hikes are not much satisfied only who will chanting managers them only get much benefited.

...he best working culture. Management always takes decision centric to employees. During covid crisis, 50 % incentives were guaranteed in addition to the fixed salary. Company policies are employee centric, it's made in the interest of all colleagues. In my opinion, this company is the best place to work.

The growth opportunities in the company is wide and the compensation given to employees is a always a five star rating as per me.

Dislikes

In American Express everything as per me is superb.. but one thing which I dislike not in American Express but in my team is a lot of discrimination.. lots and lots of discrimination,, use of abusive language for not achieving targets and so on...but that is specific to 5-6 people destroying the whole environment and everyone is scared of informing all this tO senior management .

Amex is the best company I have ever worked with, work culture, flexibility, compensation, management etc everything is superb

Amex few HR's never reply or help, when Amex ex -employee want to rejoin Amex they should help them by providing support & feedback needed. They should reply on time.
