The management had no heart. They were spine less only focussed on work and if someone isn't performing instead of helping them they used to shout and screamed

From 2 years i was working with American express due to covid-19 lockdown started suddenly i receive a call saying my last working date, American express removed me. And due to lockdown i did not got job from 3 months i am setting at home Bearley satisfying my family needs.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Seniors misuse there potition for promotion.

...ise u have to face terrible pressure from team leaders.( exclusively in sales). but one of the biggest advantage u will receive good respect and best offers, hike in your salary once you have minimum experience in this jaint company

Everything was excellent except job timing schedule job starting at 9.30am to 10am but there end timing is too much stretchable max upto 11 pm apart of month end days.. normal days and Saturday work it 9 to 10pm.. I suggest if time extending is there they should pay extra OT more than if it is 10hours to every employees including managers,zonal head director and Intelenet offrole stuffs too.

Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.
