Pros is only they provide the cab , snacks and lunch and dinner buffet.

Salary hike,promotions and kind of work is poor. For R&D there is not enough training and resources. Not getting enough time for R&D kind of work.

Company was Good, also the salary as per industry standards.

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to work like 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency. GL They not wait to improve target.

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.
