Nothing like as np work life balance is there. Managers and leads are just asking for work whether eng is sick doesnot care

Every manager knows eng salary and bases on that they do their appraisal. No criteria for appraisal each team following different approach. I have been joined a year ago and still giving me explanation that you are not considered in PMP and the one who has got hike in july has got appraisal and bonus both. this is the favouritism going on.

Joined as a fresher and almost got 30% salary increment every year . Unlimited vacation policies . Free foods.

Dislikes

No pay for oncall or night shifts for support engineers . Don't join as fresher for support role .

Toxic and overburdened work culture, management don’t think that employees have a life outside company. Weekend working is there everytime and if doesn’t cooperate then the upper hand threatens to fire.
