...ly biased. Huge attrition rate, employees join and leave company in few months. Company doesnt pay salary for month until they are satisfied with employee in first 30 days of performance as per their own company policy . Too much politics.

It's good people are all young friendly and helping. The timings are flexible.

Dislikes

Salary does not come on time. Problems in monthly incentive and the total Incentives are yet not received by people who left. Unnecessary scrums recently started.

...e test - Really sharp and amazing people and great culture -- it's like family - Awesome perks, awesome pay - Flat structure, open-door leadership policy - The company's growing at unbelievable rates - Honestly, best place I've ever worked, no contest. I never thought I'd say this, but I look forward to Mondays now. What more can I say?

None like Amber! I was there for a little more than a year. It's been life changing! The growth resources they provide you with are beyond measurable. Best place for freshers and hustlers. Amber gives you an environment to think and thrive independently. I've had the best of my time here.

Uhm, salary :D That's all. And, there are a bunch of cheapskates. I wish I could've slapped one -Mr P. But every organisation has a couple of such black sheep. But that's no reason to not join Amber.

Too early to say since I joined 4 months back. Since the company is going through a curve due to rapid growth, processes are a bit rough around the edges, but at the same time that has given me an opportunity to bring in my experience in overall process excellence and improvement
