Its a nice feeling when you work for Amazon. It cares for it's employees (as far as I know). The management (most of them) makes it's motives clear to their employees. Again it depends on the employee how they take it. The HR, the higher management is always available if you have any concerns related to work. Colleagues are great. It feels like home. Job security is always there when you work at Amazon. It believes in one thing: "Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you". I realized the importance of customer service and how it can serve as a backbone of any company. Thank you Amazon for all the memories.

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.
