There are many things that I didn't liked in Amazon. Firstly when you have worst manager and management then nothing else is gonna work for you well. Worse experience with management. No flexibility even in work from home. Planning and plotting game managers will play with you in my terms of experience working in SPS department. Blended process but your manager thinks you are bots to work here without any leaves, 0 errors and always one thing to shut up our mouth with the sentence, "You have signed up for this, You have do it in any possible way, that's not our concern". Customer service associate position in amazon is way way way more better than seller partner support.

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

I joined on sep 2020 as a contractual employee but due to god grace got converted to permanent employee during 2020 21 the work culture the management level was good but slowly things got changed.

Dislikes

...No promotions i’m working as customer support associate for almost 4 years No proper salary hike Managerial level people will make us work as a robot Work life balance is gone because the shift gets changed on monthly basis We are forced to work overtime and extra time during peak days will get extra payment but its very difficult to work as the call flow will be high and no time for us to take rest
