There are many things that I didn't liked in Amazon. Firstly when you have worst manager and management then nothing else is gonna work for you well. Worse experience with management. No flexibility even in work from home. Planning and plotting game managers will play with you in my terms of experience working in SPS department. Blended process but your manager thinks you are bots to work here without any leaves, 0 errors and always one thing to shut up our mouth with the sentence, "You have signed up for this, You have do it in any possible way, that's not our concern".
