Force Ranking Attrition goals for management Salary structure , basically your salary will drop after 2 years and you will reach your first paycheck level after 5 years if you dont get promoted .However promotions after Level 5-6 is very hard to come by. Zero Work life balance

Targets sometimes challenging and rotational week offs. Monotonous work and requires 100 attention with consistency.
