...first thing that hit my mind about amazon is work culture and work-life balance. If you are a fresher into non-technical role you may get a low salary but you have a amazing work life balance trust me. If you are in tech role trust me you are settled. There is no restrictions how you come to office but you should look dignified in any outfit, i absolutely love that. Hoping a better future for all aspirants out there.👍

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .
