Everything is customer oriented..so if the customer is dissatisfied it directly affects your job. It doesn't matter even if as an associate you tried your best or if the customer was making impossible demands that cannot be fulfilled as per company policies, it's still a strike against you. Too many strikes and you're outta job. So it's frustrating.

... 2+ years and till now everything is going smoothly. No complaints what so ever. From salary on time to colleagues and management helpfulness you will find here while working.

Dislikes

As CSA job role is to assist the customer so some time it becomes hard to focus on work due to goal pressure and customer abusiveness, but as mentioned some time and also as this is a part of our job so we have to overcome this. Rest there is no such dislike I have found here till date.

Being an assistant in amazon warehouse at kolkata, there's no job security at all. work culture in amazon station is ridiculous, worst management. Talking about policies, it shows everything is in your favor but in depth its just for your working hours only.

nothing is good for a contractual job as a warehouse assistant until you get the direct pay-roll batch in your neck. But the blue batch holders are also suffering from very many other issues from management too.

...ing for their customers but in Amazon they care for employees same as customers. In this pandemic situation Amazon ensure that not only we get salary on time but also get full salary. Apart from this various well being programme has been continuously running to ensure employees well being. Thank you Amazon.
