Salary fix like as average and not learning any other skill. Pernoment work doing day and night tight security.

You are just a number to the company and will be dropped whenever your manager feels so. Your manager have 100% authority and you have no say in it. If you disagree on anything and are not a yesman, be ready to be dropped real soon.

Culture is good, you will perks like cab facility, relocation bonus, Shares, health insurance, maternity/paternity leaves, you will get 15 paid leaves every year accumulate upto 60

Dislikes

You will have to serve 24x7 anytime, although you are relieved from your shifts but still you will be expected to come in meeting either early morning or late evening, your weekend will be ruined. This company is a very good for bachelors but not for a family person

Zero work life balance. quality of work is really poor, lot of data collation on excel is done manually inspite of being an MNC. Low use of technology. If one opts to work here, pls choose very carefully because the only and only driver to work here will be your compensation.
