Work life balance, I strickly don't recomened working for US/Cannada marketplace since the shift timing will be 3 PM to 12 PM but you will never be able to finish your work without extending till 2 AM.

...ssion, also too much focused on transactional work. Less reward and recognition. Pay package needs revaluation as it remains same for 4 years once you join irrespective of expected performance.

Its all depends on how is your manager and which team you are engaged with. Your direct manager can make it or break it and firget about work life balance as maximum people work for more than 12 hrs a day and they promote this culture. HR inholvement is zero

... make or break trigger. There is no hand-off culture and no on the job training. You are expected to work for 4 as they pay you higher

Especially to it's low level employees. But I get it, they don't pay more because they don't have to. Cost cutting, frugality, employees being pressurised to work beyond their abilities, employee being fired coz they fail to get a good survey just bcz of the goof up done by the courier services.
